Casa da Floresta (Forest House) is the ground floor apartment in a detached villa.  It is located near the University campus in Gambelas. There are several cafes and restaurants at short walk. In the neighbourhood there is an hospital, a tennis/padel centre and a horse riding centre. There is a mini-market at short walk. The closest supermarket is at 1.5 kms and another one a few yards further.  The house has 3 bedrooms all with air con (cool and heat), cable TV with many English channels and wifi.  Maid once a week. Although the land around is not included in the rental you can use it including the barbecue.  Special rates for long Winter lets (one month minimum) 900 €/month plus electricity.

Faro has 2 theathres where there are concerts and other shows, a nice shopping mall and it is interesting to go to the old town centre, see the marina, the castle, museums, etc. Beach is 7 klms from the house and because this neighbourhood is on the side of a Pine forest you can do trekking and go to the salt flats where you can do bird watching
