This is an ideal house for families, far enough of the noise of city areas and close enough to walk there. Cleaning mid and end of week. Long Winter lets are welcomed. Conditions for long term Winter (Nov to Mar) rentals:800€ per month plus electricity.October and April: 900 € plus electricity.
