Casa Solmar is a 2 bedrooms townhouse, at walking distance to a supermarket,  the beach and night life area at the old town centre. The house has a double bed in the master bedroom with bathroom en suite, a twinn bedroom and a sofa-bed at the lounge. Accomodates up to 6 people. The kitchen is well equipped, there are TVSat, Air con and wi-fi. All included. A private pool at the back and a BBQ for the Summer grills. A deck on the top of the roof, allows you a good area for sun-bathing and great views over the marina and the sea. This is an ideal house for families, far enough of the noise of city areas and close enough to walk there. Cleaning mid and end of week.Price list is per day. Long Winter lets are welcomed. Conditions for long term Winter (Nov to Mar) rentals:1200€ per month plus electricity.October and April: 1300 € plus electricity.

Booking terms
Booking deposit: 30% paid by Paypal or bank transfer. Balance paid up to the check in. Security deposit: 300€ (For groups under 30 y.o. the value is 500 €). Security deposit will be returned on the following week of check out, if there are no damages, by Paypal or bank transfer. Check in: after 11 am on condition it may be in cleaning process or not cleaned. If the case, please leave the luggage and come back a couple of hours later. Check out: up to 11 am.
