A deck on the top of the roof, allows you a good area for sun-bathing and great views over the marina and the sea. This is an ideal house for families, far enough of the noise of city areas and close enough to walk there. Cleaning mid and end of week.Price list is per day. Long Winter lets are welcomed. Conditions for long term Winter (Nov to Mar) rentals:1200€ per month plus electricity.October and April: 1300 € plus electricity.
